I found this while searching thru husband’s family records for Ancestry Research. We do not know of any of his Christensen Family being Mormans. They have traditional Bibles in Danish, also. This is a mystery. My husband’s family came to US in the 1800’s and thrived as Farmers in Silvis, Moline, East Moline, Rock Island County, Illinois areas. Their historical home “Friendship Farm” is still there and the John Deere Golf Course is now on their farm properties. I am curious if there could have been some family connection or just co-incidence of common sir-name. We still do not know how his family ended up with this interesting book. Any clues could help.
