Two years ago, I received a text from my daughter, that she does not want to be a member of the Church of Jesus LDS. A week later my son did the same, and also my granddaughter. I spent a week crying, and trying to text them, with no results. They hate me. One night I went to the Lds.org/blog, and I found a beautiful narrative of Sister Kimberly Jo Smith. Immediately I wrote to her, receiving such a confort to my spirit. I am very greatful for her testimony, knowledge and her support. I saved that testimony. I want to invite you to visit Mesa, Az. Let me know when it is possible. There are many bothers and sisters that are very happy to hear your testimony. Thank you!

I was reading the Book of Mormon for one of the first times when I started to feel joy in my heart. I closed the book and pondered for a second. As I was pondering, I smiled because I felt it. As I smiled I felt the joy swirl around in my heart. It was like a physical feeling. I shortly afterward learned about the burning in your bossom. That was it. I like to describe it as a flickering like a flame, but the sensation of pure joy.

I purchased your book in Nauvoo 4 days ago. I read it in two days time. I have studied this same history for the past 17 years. I have had many of the same experiences. I have many times tried to share some of the examples of feelings, voices, and longings, experienced while searching out this history. You are so blessed to know the truth, and so brave to share it without hesitation. I will share with you that I have been through hell in these 17 years and at my lowest of points, I would many times say outloud as if to give myself a remembrance that if Emma could do what she did, so could I. I pray you will find everything you seek and I rejoice in knowing that you won't give up until you do.
